The sense of belonging in our bodies, relationships, and communities is vital to the human spirit and an experience we all deserve. Where this connection is lacking, sadness, loneliness, and isolation take root, leaving us feeling stuck. If this rings true for you, know that you are not alone. Whether you seek guidance individually, as a couple, or as a family, I welcome you into a space of belonging to be seen, heard, accepted, and valued.

I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Regis University. With my passion and gift for creatively engaging children and families, I honed my skills as a childcare giver and through teaching children with autism. My therapeutic style is rooted in my belief in the human capacity for learning and growth. I love incorporating Creative Play Therapy techniques to address family dynamics including relational conflict, behavioral concerns, and challenges regulating and communicating emotions. Having completed my level one training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, I also integrate a focus on attachment and emotional experience as roadmaps to deeper relational connection.

Beyond my specializations, I prioritize tailoring my approach to meet clients’ unique needs and goals through authentic and compassionate collaboration. I look forward to accompanying you as you tap into your inner strengths to cultivate and revitalize resilient, secure, and emotionally connected relationships.

Outside the therapy room, play, adventure and creativity breathe life into my experiences. During “me time” I am likely experimenting in the kitchen, sharing laughs and meals with friends, or soaking up that mountain air through skiing, hiking, or scenic drives.
