Hi there! My name is Anna and I am so proud of you for being here. The human experience is unique and different for every individual person, coming with its own complexities, joys, and challenges. I am passionate about helping people to find and tell their own stories, learning how to come home to themselves in the process.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the idea that you are worthy and enough. You have the capacity for growth and healing, and I am honored to walk beside you as a guide on that journey. In our sessions, you will find safety, exploration, and affirmation. I want to help you find a sense of autonomy and resilience in who you are, learning skills and expanding on your strengths that speak to your lived experiences and personal identity.

I am originally from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. I am currently working toward my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pittsburgh.

In my free time, I enjoy curating my personal library, checking out thrift shops, taking on movie marathons with friends, and have recently picked up crocheting. I am hopeful to explore more of the East Coast this year and to take on some new adventures. I look forward to our time together!
