Hi there! My name is Maya and I am dedicated to providing you with an empathetic, authentic, and safe space for exploration. I work with individuals, couples, and families with the guiding belief that every person has the capacity to create positive change. I understand that each individual’s journey is unique, and I am committed to meeting you where you are.

Coming from a background of both musical theatre and psychology, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling, creativity, and human connection. This experience cultivated my passion for systemic therapy, as I began to recognize the ways in which people's lives are shaped by their narratives and relationships. I am passionate about hearing your personal story and developing a collaborative relationship to promote healing and growth.

When I am not in session, you can find me spending time in the mountains, seeing live music, singing, cooking, crafting, and spending time with my family and dogs!
