Hi there! My name is Abbey Ferguson (she/her/hers), and I am honored to be able to walk alongside you as we navigate this often difficult and beautiful life. I am receiving my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and am a former Physical Therapist who received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University. In sessions, I take an empathetic and relationally-focused approach, and am very excited to create a collaborative environment.

I’m interested in utilizing a variety of techniques that are oriented towards accepting all parts of ourselves, including Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness. Due to my history as a Physical Therapist, I’m also particularly interested in somatic experiencing which takes our physical bodies into account.

When I’m not working, I spend most of my free time outside rock climbing or curling up with my cat reading a good book and crafting. I look forward to meeting you!
