I believe our most valuable trait as human beings is the resilience we wield over the various seasons of our lives. Uncovering the beauty and challenges of the human experience helps us work toward a place of clarity, confidence, and peace. My goal is to create a space of psychological safety where my clients can navigate vulnerability in pursuit of growth and self- evolution.

I meet my clients where they are in life; building on strengths while considering an individual’s unique environment, support system, and resources. I utilize the humanistic approach, incorporating features of mindfulness, CBT, internal family systems, narrative therapy, Grief Recovery, and motivational interviewing. Some of the values I bring to my sessions include kindness, authenticity, gratitude, and resilience.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with 12 years of experience serving patients and families across the healthcare spectrum. This experience includes time in skilled nursing facilities, acute hospital, community behavioral health, home health, hospice care, and healthcare operations. I earned Bachelor of Social Work from California University of Pennsylvania and Master of Social Working from University of Pittsburgh-Main.

I personally enjoy exploring new restaurants and cafes, looking for unique items at second-hand stores and oddities conventions, and most of all making my tiny human belly laugh.
