We all experience moments in life where we feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the path ahead. I understand that reaching out for support requires great strength and vulnerability, and I’m here to provide a safe, reflective space where you can breathe, process, and explore whatever you need. I believe that every individual’s journey is uniquely their own, and my goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, peace, and renewed hope.

My approach is deeply rooted in recognizing your intrinsic value and worth. I begin each therapeutic relationship with hope, dignity, and respect, creating a collaborative space where you can reconnect with your True Self and begin your healing journey. Drawing from my background in Theology, my work is also informed by depth psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based practices that honor the complexity of the human experience.

Growing up in the Colorado Rockies, I developed a deep appreciation for nature, creativity, and meaningful connections. I enjoy snowboarding, skateboarding, poetry, photography, and sharing stories around a campfire—activities that remind me of the importance of presence and reflection in everyday life.

In our work together, you are welcome to come as you are, without fear of expectation, shame, or judgment. It would be an honor to share this time with you and support you in rediscovering the wholeness and strength that already reside within you.
