Kindness, compassion, empathy, and being non-judgmental are a few of the many strengths Fiona possesses as a therapist. She enjoys building relationships and providing support to the individuals and couples she works with. She specializes in working with individuals and couples addressing concerns around emotional intimacy, sex, neurodiversity, gender and sexual identity. She welcomes and celebrates diversity in sexual orientation, gender, and sexual expression. Areas of interest to her include out of control and compulsive sexual behaviors, men’s issues, neurodiversity within relationships, mixed orientation relationships, consensual non-monogamy, and working with individuals in the sex industry. She has received additional training in those areas.

When working together, you will discuss goals and expectations for the therapeutic process. Fiona believes that the foundation of all secure-functioning relationships are built on structure, connection, engagement, challenge, and humor. Fiona models this type of relationship with her clients. Fiona identifies as a Person of Color, neurodiverse, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
