I know firsthand the courage it takes to reach out for help and so I'm glad you made it here! For many of us, we don't reach out until it feels like there are no other options and taking that leap can feel intimidating and scary. With that in mind, I take a patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach that relies on collaboration between us.

Factors that I consider in our work together include various systems you are a part of, trauma dynamics, relationships, spirituality, cultural impacts, values, and health. We are all unique individuals, and I find it important to view everyone as such. I also take an integrative approach and may utilize somatic, parts work, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) type interventions. I believe we all have an inner strength, resiliency, and desire to grow, and I will help to support you in discovering that during our work together.

I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. My experience has included working mainly with adults who struggle with PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, process and substance addictions, and depression.

In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, watching movies, enjoying the Colorado sunshine, and spending quality time with my partner and our two pet bunnies!
