Welcome! I am dedicated to helping my clients find their path to well-being. Therapy is a powerful way to help individuals navigate difficult life-circumstances. Together, we will explore your unique circumstances and lived experiences to process and understand your individual therapeutic needs. My focus is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for you to start your healing journey and help you reach your therapeutic goals. Throughout the therapeutic process, you will be met with empathy and non-judgement. I aim to offer compassionate support and introduce coping skills as you uncover your path to resilience and self-discovery.
I utilize a holistic, person-centered and trauma informed approach with my clients. Depending upon individual client needs, I may also incorporate DBT, ACT, art therapy, narrative therapy, somatic techniques and psychodynamic exploration. I specialize in working with grief/loss, life transitions, substance use, trauma and self-esteem.
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from MSU Denver, and earned a Master’s in Counseling from Regis University.
Born and raised in Colorado, I enjoy spending as much time in the Rockies as I can. In my free time I am hiking, camping, weightlifting, reading, practicing yoga, dabbling in photography and spending time with family and friends.
