Hello! As a therapist and a human my goal is to make sure you know that you are not alone. In my
professional practice I value utilizing a systemic and strengths-based approach to meet you where you
are and walk with you on your journey – with a gentle nudge here and there when needed. Come as you
are and I will meet you there, every time. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for
you to tap into your inner power, strengthen your relationships with others, and curate a healthy
relationship with and perception of yourself. My clinical style is one that utilizes humor (when
appropriate), is collaborative and honest, and is feedback informed.

I obtained my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communication from the University of
Colorado Boulder and went on to receive a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the
University of Colorado Denver. I have been working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a
variety of settings for the last eleven years. My passion lies in making sure needed services are
accessible and people seeking help have the resources and tools they need to make sustainable change
in their lives.

When I am not wearing my LMFT hat, you can find me playing outside and travelling with my kids and
partner, yelling at my tv when the Colorado Avalanche are playing, going to concerts, and picking up
heavy things at the gym.
