I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where my clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Every individual is unique, and I strive to honor that uniqueness by tailoring my approach to fit the needs, values, and experiences of each person I work with. My focus is on fostering a trusting relationship that empowers clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive environment.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and person-centered therapy. By combining these techniques, I aim to help clients uncover their inner resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and build practical tools for managing life’s challenges. 

A little bit about me: I grew up in Colorado, which has inspired my love for the outdoors. On weekends, you can usually find me exploring various parks and trails, going for long walks, or reading a good book. I also enjoy spending quality time with my boyfriend and friends, whether that’s grabbing a casual dinner or just catching up over a cup of coffee. These simple moments remind me of the importance of connection, both with others and with ourselves, which is why I’m so passionate about helping people build deeper, more meaningful connections in their own lives.

I’m excited to continue learning and growing in this field, and I look forward to the opportunity to support others on their path toward healing and personal growth.
