Hi! My name is Steph. As a therapist, I get to join clients in their personal journeys as they grow and heal from different life events. I value experiences and want to make therapy a positive experience for every client.

My goal is to create a safe space where people are able to process things in their own time, but also will gently push and challenge you along the way. I use a combination of mindfulness, brain-spotting, ACT, CBT, DBT, and EMDR therapy.

I believe people have unique needs and value meeting people where they are at. I integrate the above modalities to assist each individual where they need to go. EMDR is one therapy technique that I use and has allowed clients to go deeper into their “processing” and healing. EMDR is different than talk therapy and can be used to decrease anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and unwanted behaviors. I would love to meet you in person and explore what brought you to therapy, as well as the goals or outcomes you hope to achieve.
